Dr. Dar is an informational, conversational, easy to work with Relationship Expert and guest talent at Fox News Rising in Charlotte, NC. It is a 4 hour morning news and entertainment show.  Dr. Dar has a way of making viewers trust her while she gives real world advice they can apply in their lives to create fulfilling relationships. 

Dr. Dar has been in the Coaching business for 11 years and is ready for her next jump.   She has worked with over 100 couples to save their marriage and many singles to help them make the right choices in love to avoid breakups months down the road. Her unique selling point is that she moves in with couples to help them make a last ditch effort to save their marriage/or relationship.  

In her free time, Dr. Dar enjoys spending time with her husband and 21 pound Havanese, Apex. She also likes expanding her learning, quilting, making jewelry, writing, hosting community events, teaching relationship classes, traveling, and cooking.

Department Supervisor for Custom Applications and Business Intelligence:
Coach and develop teams, manage performance management process, as well as leading hiring decisions for two teams (projects and development) supporting 1900 customers. Manage customer relationships and team dynamics, resource allocations, work flow, and team progress.  

Relationship/Project Manager;  Business Consultant for Customer Service:
Coach employees on change & transition and serve as liaison between Information Services division and corporate business units.  Responsible for project management, relationship management, vendor selection and relationships, and project life cycles for enterprise-wide initiatives for both customer and internal-facing solutions.  Also responsible for survey creation, administration, and reporting for 2100 employees.  Define and implement process improvements, PMI processes, and creation of opportunities for Capital and Operational cost savings.

FIRST UNION NATIONAL BANK – 7 years

Recruiting and hiring, Coaching, customer service management, and capacity planning for project staff of 25 and extended team of 230 suppliers.  Primarily responsible for consolidating bank functions for 2900 sites in 13 states affecting staff of 20,000 with $15 million budget.  Lead 4 complex corporate mergers for $200 billion/300+ site merger including capacity management, relocation strategy, network & infrastructure planning, mainframe and client/server configurations, real estate and resource consolidations, procurement, and vendor relationship management.  Implementation and support of three call centers including team leadership and team development.
